Join Mizzi Studio as a Social Media & Digital Content Creator and help communicate architecture, research and public-facing projects through clear, engaging visual storytelling. Working closely with the studio’s creative and strategy leads, you’ll create content across social media platforms, document studio life and live moments, and translate longer-form films, ideas and narratives into compelling digital content.

Mizzi Studio is looking for a Social Media & Digital Content Creator to play a key role in shaping the studio’s communications, storytelling and day-to-day digital presence across platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of graphic design, storytelling and content production . You will help translate the studio’s work, from architecture and research to public engagement projects, into clear, engaging and visually compelling content across multiple social media channels and digital platforms.

You will work across multiple platforms and projects. You will work closely with the studio’s strategy and creative leads, contributing to daily content while supporting larger storytelling outputs and campaigns. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly engaged with social media, visually driven, and motivated to contribute to work that has cultural, environmental and public impact.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content

Create and manage day-to-day content across platforms:

  • Instagram posts and carousel storytelling
  • Stories, story formats and templates
  • Reels and short-form video edits
  • Static graphics and announcements

Translate longer-form content, including films, research and narratives, into clear, engaging and platform-appropriate outputs. Support consistent and considered rollout of content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Content Capture & Studio Documentation

Document and share studio activity in a considered and outward-facing way:

  • Site visits, exhibitions and installations
  • Talks, events and live moments
  • Studio process and behind-the-scenes content

Capture and turn around content in a responsive and timely way, including: Phone-based footage, short interviews or informal clips, post-event highlights. Comfortable working in a responsive environment, capturing content from live moments when needed.   

Content Planning & Coordination

Support the structure behind content delivery:

  • Maintain a content calendar across multiple platforms
  • Assist with scheduling and publishing
  • Prepare captions and supporting copy
  • Organise visual assets and archives

Work closely with the team through regular check-ins to ensure consistency, alignment and clarity across outputs. Work across multiple brands and projects simultaneously, adapting tone, format and approach depending on context.

Digital Design & Visual Content

Design supporting visual materials including:

  • Social media graphics and templates
  • Infographics and visual explainers
  • Campaign visuals and announcements
  • Presentation decks and diagrams

Ensure all content aligns with the studio’s visual identity and brand guidelines.

Insights & Adaptation

  • Monitor content performance across platforms
  • Track engagement, reach and content effectiveness
  • Adapt and refine content based on platform behaviour, trends and performance insights 
  • Provide monthly insights and recommendations to refine strategy, strengthen engagement and scale what is working. 

Skills & Experience

Essential
  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience creating content for Instagram (carousels, reels, stories)
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and formats
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to monitor and analyse content performance, providing clear monthly insights and recommendations to improve output 
Desirable
  • Basic video editing skills for short-form content
  • Experience preparing presentation decks
  • Experience working across multiple brands or accounts
  • Interest in architecture, design, materials or public engagement
