Working across Malta and London, Mizzi Studio is proud of its global outlook, while always working with a deep awareness of, and sensitivity to, local context. We're an international team of creatives and change-makers, and collaborate daily both in-person and virtually. We enjoy a hybrid working style with three days in the studio and two remote days, allowing for enough face-to-face time to feel tuned in to the rest of the group, and enough solo time to focus and go deeper into the work.

We believe that we achieve the best results when we work collaboratively and include a diversity of perspectives and approaches. So, we actively sustain an open, supportive studio environment where every project is approached through teamwork, and everyone is encouraged to get stuck in and bring their ideas and feedback to the table from an early stage. We are actively building a culture of self-leadership, participation and open communication in which we can all thrive.

We're committed to sustaining a joyful and connected working environment. We build this into the culture through studio meals, exhibition visits, regular industry events and shared celebrations. We also weave moments of connection and personal sharing into the fabric of our internal meetings. This encourages people to bring their whole selves and be seen and heard at work.
